The proximity technology utilizes triangulation or GPS information provided by the mobile device and cross references the opportunity of relevant information by evaluating individual user preferences, through their historical behavior.

Affiliate Tracking

Company A. has an affiliate manipulation system that permits consumers, ISPs, search engines and intermediaries to maximize affiliate program participation in transactions by or through them. The affiliate manipulation system accesses an affiliate-capable merchant through the Internet at the direction of a buyer or consumer through an ISP or search engine. An affiliate code for a preferred commercial agent is inserted into the purchase order and persistent until the order is completed and credit for the sale is given to the preferred commercial agent, based upon the affiliate code.

Cross-Border M&A transaction between the US and China

MFR7 specializes in cross-border M&A (US and China) advisory and direct investment. MFR7 advised Chinese buyer, a public Chinese company, on target identification, valuation, due diligence and acquisition of a North American privately owned world-class O&G operator with greater-than 50 million barrels of net Proved Reserves (1P) and greater-than 3,000 barrels of oil per day production.

MFR7’s close knowledge of the markets, regulatory and technical issues helped the Chinese buyer to streamline processes and improve efficiency by integrating management teams which will expedite and promote a successful post-merger integration.

Online document certification

Company E. provides an electronic signature platform that simplifies the sign-off process by providing a secure and verifiable procedure for users to digitally sign documents.

From any smartphone, tablet, or computer the platform enables companies to fully process most traditional paper forms, such as agreements, online. The technology requires very little IT support making it easy for any company to use, regardless of it's size.

John is the leader of MFR7's corporate finance and operations. Prior to MFR7, John was Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of a joint venture with a NYSE-listed international media company with offices in New York and London.

John has 15 years of banking and finance experience and was previously with the investment bank Merrill Lynch advising both public and private companies on a variety of strategic and financing initiatives with a particular emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as the raising of equity and debt capital in both the public and private markets.

Having worked and lived in Beijing, China, John has developed a unique international business experience with a focus on cross-border transactions and commodity trade involving Asia and EMEA (Europe the Middle East and Africa). He is currently the head of the MFR7's international business, where he counsels companies in international M&A transactions and trade. John has extensive knowledge of the CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) process and regulations in addition practical experience with international banking and trade processes, customs regulations as well as import and export compliance.
